There are several ways the check your HughesNet Gen5 data usage, data consumption, and remaining data both onsite and remotely:

Onsite

If you are connected to your HughesNet Gen5 network, you can open a browser (Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and enter http://192.168.0.1 and your data limits and remaining data will be displayed from a page built into the HughesNet HT2000W modem!

You can also download a tiny application that will display your usage on your desktop here: http://services2.hughesnet.com/Status_Meter/

Onsite or Remotely

Whether you are connected to your HughesNet Gen5 network or not, but you can check your usage, hour by hour for the last 2 months by visiting this site:

https://customercare.myhughesnet.com/frmUsage.cfm?https://customercare.myhughesnet.com/select_modem.html

You will need your site ID, which you can find by logging into your HughesNet modem at http://192.168.0.1, selecting System info and your Site ID will be right under your SAN number.
