Upgrade or Downgrade Service

Our HughesNet Gen5 Customers on our VAR Business Internet Platform can use this form to upgrade or downgrade the monthly service plan on their account!  You can also use this form to request a satellite change on your account if an when necessary, however that is not usually necessary on this platform unless you have a static IP on your account!  Please note that upgrades will only happen during normal business hours and can take 12 – 24 hours to apply to your account!  Downgrades will typically not happen until the end of the current billing period!

If you are upgrading your plan, you will need to submit a new Credit Card Authorization Form for the new monthly service plan amount before the upgrade will be completed!
